Scope

Utility relocation, demolition, and environmental work

Challenge

Water, sewer, drainage, electrical, and communication lines required relocation within an active urban and archaeologically sensitive corridor.

Approach

Crews used staged excavation, potholing, traffic controls, archaeological monitoring, and coordinated utility cutovers.

Result

Utility relocation and site clearing were completed in segments along the rail alignment.
